Overview
Fumio (“we”, “us”) provides a multi-tenant blog platform for agencies and studios. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account details you provide at signup - such as name, email address, and studio information.
- Content and configuration you create in the product - blog projects, posts, themes, and domain settings.
- Usage and diagnostics data needed to operate the service - for example authentication events, billing status, and performance logs.
- Payment-related information processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Fumio service.
- Authenticate users, secure accounts, and prevent abuse.
- Process subscriptions, invoices, and plan changes.
- Send transactional email about your account, billing, and product updates you opt into.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
Client blogs and end visitors
When you publish blogs on client domains via Fumio, you control the content shown to end visitors. Built-in view counts and reading-time metrics are aggregated for your studio dashboard. You are responsible for any additional analytics, cookies, or tracking you configure on client sites.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us run Fumio (for example hosting, email, and payments), when required by law, or with your direction - such as inviting teammates to a studio.
Retention and security
We retain account and content data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward if needed for backups, disputes, or legal requirements. We use industry-standard safeguards to protect data in transit and at rest.
Your choices
You may update account details in the dashboard, request export or deletion of your account data, or opt out of non-essential product email. Contact us at hello@fumio.app for privacy requests.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
