Terms of Service
Last updated July 12, 2026
Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Fumio, including our website, dashboard, APIs, and SDK. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the studio you represent.
The service
Fumio lets studios manage blog projects and publish content to client domains. Features, limits, and pricing depend on the plan you select. We may update the product over time; material changes to paid plan entitlements will be communicated reasonably in advance when practicable.
Accounts
- You are responsible for the accuracy of account information and for safeguarding credentials.
- You must ensure teammates you invite have authority to access the studio workspace.
- You are responsible for activity under your account, including content published to client blogs.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Fumio to:
- Violate law, infringe intellectual property, or publish unlawful or harmful content.
- Attempt unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or underlying infrastructure.
- Abuse rate limits, reverse engineer the product except where permitted by law, or disrupt service availability.
- Misrepresent affiliation with Fumio or remove required attribution where your plan still requires it.
Customer content
You retain ownership of content you upload or create. You grant Fumio a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to publish content to client domains you configure.
Plans and billing
Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle shown at checkout unless canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. We may suspend or limit access for unpaid invoices after reasonable notice.
Availability and support
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support channels and response expectations vary by plan. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated when practical.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Fumio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from client-site configuration, third-party services, or content you publish. Our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid to Fumio in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may stop using Fumio and cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; provisions that should survive (including ownership, liability limits, and accrued payment obligations) continue.
Changes
We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
